Here you can find answers to the most frequently asked questions about purchasing and using tickets for the Zagreb – Rijeka – Zagreb line.

You can change the departure or return date via the link sent to your email, no later than 2 days before the travel date.

Electronic bus tickets can be purchased using the following cards:

American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Discover, and Diners.

If you can’t find your purchased ticket in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

If the ticket isn’t there either, contact us from the same email address used for the purchase at plesoprijevoz@plesoprijevoz.hr and attach your proof of purchase.

If the ticket doesn’t open correctly, we recommend downloading the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader: get.adobe.com/reader

Yes, a bus ticket can be purchased using an R-1 invoice.

During checkout, select the R-1 option and enter your company details.

Passengers who are unable to buy tickets online can purchase them via bank transfer on weekdays (Monday to Friday) until 13:00, with mandatory prior phone confirmation of seat availability before making the payment.

By that time, the payment confirmation must be sent by email (or by fax, if agreed).

When making the payment, you must include:

  • passenger’s full name
  • passenger’s address
  • OIB (enter in “recipient reference number”)
  • date and route (enter in “payment description”)
