Daily bus ticket is valid for any bus or shuttle, for both directions on the date for which your ticket is purchased.
The date of departure and return can be changed via the link obtained in your email, no later than 2 days before the date of travel.
Electronic bus tickets can be purchased with the following cards: American Express, Master Card, Visa, Maestro, Discover and Diners.
If you can not find your ticket in the inbox, check the spam folder of your mailbox.
If your ticket is not there either, please contact Pleso transport at firstname.lastname@example.org with the same e-mail from which you bought the ticket, and send us a confirmation of purchase from T-com.

Bus tickets can be purchased through R-1 invoice. When buying, check the R-1 invoice button, and complete all information about the company on the printed ticket.
Passengers who do not have the option to purchase the tickets online, the same can be purchased by bank transfer weekdays through Friday until 13:00 and always check by phone about the seat capacity of the vehicle before the payment. Confirmation of payment should be sent via e-mail or fax. Passengers who buy ticket by BANK TRANSFER, necessarily must indicate the passenger's name and address, OIB (insert the "reference number"), date and route (type in the field "Description of payment").
